Les cuire<br>\n\u00e0 la vapeur 15 minutes.<\/li><li>Pendant ce temps, hacher les cerneaux de noix et les m\u00e9langer avec la farine et les<br>\nflocons. Saler, puis incorporer la pur\u00e9e de noix de cajou, l&rsquo;huile, la moutarde et le<br>\ncurcuma.<\/li><li>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180 \u00b0 C.<\/li><li>Placer les poireaux dans un plat un gratin. Les \u00e9goutter sur du papier<br>\nabsorbant.<\/li><li>Recommencer avec le reste de l\u2019huile et des steaks.
